Melanie Nuss

Has 30 years of experience in the display and special event industry with emphasis on visual concept, detail planning and the blending of color with textures. This experience enables her to work her magic and transform any venue or setting into the client's vision. Her ability to combine various suppliers, caterers, entertainment, floral, cake decorators, and the client's wishes to make the perfect event is unique in the industry. Her expertise enables her to satisfy the most demanding needs of each client and bring the event in on time, on budget and fulfilling the client's ultimate event.

Glenn Songer

Has for the last 20 years planned and managed the entire process of special events for a large Wichita Company, both domestically and internationally. The events he has produced ranging from sales and customer meetings with large audio and visual electronic presentations, to all-inclusive sales incentive trips, complete product-introductions, and customer events. His expertise includes staging, lighting, custom entertainment, transportation needs, menu selects, and venue select or construction, and a host of other related specialties.

Philosophy

The two of us, being good friends and having done business with each other for over twenty years have come together in 2002 to form SoNu Events. SoNu Events combining the best of both of our talents into a single Event planning group to provide our customers with the best Event planning experience possible. We believe our most important asset is our ability to listen to our clients/friends about what their special needs, wants, and wishes are for their event, and to translate their ideas into a working program that will be everything and more than they expected and within budget. Delivering an on time, on budget, Special Event that their guests will always remember.
